But then i didn't really regret my purchase, the civic styling is pretty close to European design and feels sporty with decent handling and for the price it's not to bad, I think a Ktuner will make it even more fun. I am still researching about it once i am ready i will pull the trigger for tune.

I dont regret mine either, still an excellent car c: The KTuner definitely helps it out in the high end where normally it loses power. Has a little more pep in the midrange too, but you wont notice it much if you drive economically with ECO turned off as it wont rev high enough for the difference

If I am being honest, I am in the same place. I just wish I had got the turbo because of the extra power the tune on it can get. And frankly, I am not sold on the new bumper design on the refresh and that is not a small thing.

There are many 2018 ECUs that were added. I'm not sure what you mean.

You can always email your ECU number in to check.

Hello guys just recived my ktuner v1.2 and just seeing if you can help me here as i don't wanna mess anything up, so my module is a 5ba-c87 and this is whats on the k tuner list.

Do i choose any of the factory basemaps shown on the list?

Match the number listed under "Software" in the Tools Menu>KTuner Unit Info.

There should be instructions in the description, so we'll make sure those are there.

Ok perfect! Flashed complete, now this thing pulls on sport mode. Waiting for my rv6 DP now

I believe the “S” mode allows for higher rpm ranges, correct? So the transmission would stay in the lower gears. I think the manual says it’s recommended for driving on hilly terrain? Ive dabbled with the “S” mode too, maybe ill use it more with the ktune and rv6 dp.

S is definitely for hills and brings the rpms up so it makes the ktuner tunes more fun to drive too.

Throttle Body would do wonders for the torque curve in the 2.0L engine, would definitely give its much needed torque down low. No complaints about the power on this car overall, but the power down low is pretty atrocious and doesn't it finally starts to kick in around 4.5K RPM and go full send at 5600 RPM.
