TL;DR - KPlayground took 7 weeks to send me an in stock item (Markham to Mississauga), possibly sent me the wrong thing, and are ignoring my emails.
Bought the tape-on Mugen style window visors for my hatchback from KPlayground. Order placed on July 27, Interac e-Transfer (stupid me ) sent same day. Payment accepted August 1, and after ignoring about 3 emails/facebook messages since that time inquiring about status updates on when/if it would finally ship, they arrived on Sept 19 (7 weeks from payment). I had to follow up with a second email threatening I would contact by bank for fraud before I got a response.
Lo and behold, these things look like crap and don't even fit my car properly. Image of the visors from their site on the hatchback:
Here is what I received:
The front pieces do not fit terribly, but the rear windows are completely wrong. The stock photo clearly shows near continuous coverage across both windows with almost no gap between the two where the doors meet. There is an enormous gap between the rear and front visor, and on top of this the curvature of the rear visor is so off it does not even touch the door. Does anyone have similar style visors? Could these be for the sedan? Am I being unreasonable here?
I emailed Kplayground immediately about this, and of course it's now Sunday with no response. I'm extremely frustrated with my experience with them. My last email "accidentally went to the trash bin" . No problems when I was sending them emails for the Interac transfer though. Don't know if I just had bad luck, but I'll never be dealing with them again.
