Not running one but a catted K20C2 one would make me a customer;);)
I concur, a high-flow catted version of this would be great; it'd probably provide the most hp gains for a non-catless upgrade of all the mods we have. I'd love to run this downpipe but don't feel right running catless lol

I would also buy a hi-flow catted downpipe in a heartbeat if it gets released. If not, I'll probably consider just getting the catless one but am unsure if it will be worth the trouble considering my state inspections. Also it would be frustrating to order the catless one if a catted one gets announced right afterwards, so looks like we're just going to wait and keep our fingers crossed.

Also, does anyone know if the catless downpipe's engine light issue has been resolved (like without having to use KTuner to disable to code)?

Another customer here who would buy one @RV6, catless is too much of a hassle for state inspections and such, otherwise I would buy it. Also the 2.0 Sport just came out so I have a feeling your K20C2 Enthusiast market is only going to grow.

I’ve been running the catless version with no issues. It only takes 20-30 minutes to swap when going for smog checks.

I’m running mine with a injen Sri and custom ETune and the car runs great!

No check engine light?

We are looking for high flow core that will fit this platform.

Are there going to be any more developments for this platform (not talking about catted options)?
We do not have anything planned. Any suggestions?

Technically a high flow cat version still isn't emissions compliant. However this will depend on your state.

The new defouler seems to be doing the trick.

Awesome! This is what I've been hoping to hear. Thanks for your efforts in supporting the 2.0's!

I'm in VA (luckily in the part of VA that doesn't have emissions) and just have to worry about state inspections, in which I believe they do a visual to check for a cat.

Glad to hear that in case I wind up getting the catless one.

I wouldnt be wanting a cat just for inspections, we dont have inspections in Canada. I'd be wanting the high flow cat cause I wanna minimize my impact on the environment the best I can and feel morally obligated to use one lol, seems dickish to run without it

YES, this is very important! Lot's of us bought the Civic for it's environmentally conscious design, but desire to add a little bit more performance without compromising one of it's primary advantages.

Considering the LX/EX 2.0's are some of the most popular vehicles sold on the market, RV6 has a significant potential consumer base waiting for some notable environmentally-friendly and better-chance-of-passing-inspections performance bolt-ons (such as a catted 2.0 downpipe) to be released.

Patiently awaiting any potential updates ^^ layoffs came for the winter but hopefully it'll be out in spring when things pick up again, I'd love some more gains from the high flow cat

Anyone who's tested the catless, how much of a difference did you feel with it vs how much you felt with the tune or intake?

My car isn't tuned but I can definitely feel a difference. Just that damn code keeps popping up. The new piece they sent me didn't stop the code from showing which is odd..

Just placed my order for the rv6 pcd downpipe! I currently have a 2.0l NA CVT LX, running a ktune with aem cai, and sirimoto full suspension kit. Love the convos in this forum and can say this thread is what had me pull the trigger on this part!
Great info, but would like your all’s insight on the install? Typical wrench and attachments will do the trick? Of course im sure some strange contortions of the hands will be required but im just curious.
Thanks!
@RV6
