Curious to know what your favourite beer is ;)

"party" beer: Corona with lime
Chill beer: Kona Longboard Lager
"Everyday" wheat beer: blue moon
"When I'm feeling frisky" wheat beer: Höegaarden or Abita Purple Haze
Stout: belching beaver pb milk stout

Often times, I'll just walk around a liquor store that has an extensive beer selection and "build your own 6-pack" (e.g. Total Wine or Lee's Liquor -- both comparable to BevMo) and choose randos based on beeradvocate reviews (70% of above), look of the label, and what kinda beer I'm feeling at the moment.

I love trying new beer. You get alot of new experience that way.

Has anyone here tried brewing their own beer at home? I thought about getting the kit for it someday.

Time to wind down - Victory Brewing Golden Monkey 9.5% (2 or 3 of these and I'm done)
Summertime heat beater - leinenkugel - Summer Shandy or Bud Light Lime
Summertime heat beater when bringing and want people to try something different - Ballast Point Grapefruit Sculpin 7%
Relaxed enjoyable beer - Evil Brewing Purple Monkey Dishwasher (chocolate peanut butter porter) 6.7%
Alternate relaxed enjoyable beer - Duclaw Sweet Baby Jesus (chocolate peanut butter porter) 6.5%
Desert beer - Southern Tier "Samoa This", "Creme Brulee Stout", "Choklat", "Choklat Orange", "Salted Caramel" 10%

Cheap Beer of the Jersey Shore "Miller Lite" 4.17% - drinks like water, pees like racehorse

Any beer with alcohol.


But no really, a good IPA is all I need. 805 is cheap and not bad.

Almost anything from Funky Buddha. I also enjoy some cigar City jai alai. Also like bomb! by prairie art ales. Goose island bourbon county brand stout is also a favorite.

Lived in Germany and Europe for around 5 years, after coming back stateside just couldn't get into our "overall" light beers, and every European Beer taste different in Europe as they have slightly different batches for US as opposed to Stateside. For instance a New Castle Brown has a different flavor and less additives overseas, same to be said of Heineken and of course all of the Wiesens from Germany/Deutschland

Black IPAs have been a favorite for me lately. They aren't as bitter as regular IPAs. Favorites are Lynwood Brewing Concern "Once You Go Black" and 21st Amendment "Back in Black". I also like amber ales, with my current favorite being Carolina Brewing Company "Copperline".

I don’t often have a beer, but it’s going to be one worth it when I do.

Kronenbourg is my the most favourite one.

Yay to Rolling Rock, that's my default drinking several beers beer.

My favorite IPA of late is Lagunitas Hop Stoopid, but there are a ton of good ones out there.
