I just wanted to jump in here and say that we sincerely apologize to those of you who have had a poor experience! We do strive for delivering great customer service, but as apparent by the replies to this thread, there's always room for improvement! That being said, calling in to our customer service department is the best way to get a hold of us to quickly resolve issues. Otherwise, I check up on these forums every morning, so feel free to shoot me a PM or tag us in a thread and I'll do my best to give you an answer (again sorry for the delay @Wabby) or prioritize a ticket in our system to one of our CS reps.
