10.2 inch android audio display

Was curious has anyone had this head unit installed?

I’m looking to do it but thinking might be a little to big?

If I remember correctly, the Dasaita is the same unit as the PhoenixAndroid radios. Just re-branded.

I don’t think Phoenix has a 10.2 Android 8 4g 32 display

I've always wondered why these head units can't just tap into the microphone already in the car. The extra external mic always looks so tacky.

Back when I had my LX, I had the 9" Phoenix version of this. The units are pretty much identical in terms of hardware besides screen size. If you have a lower trim civic that has the base model Head unit, these units actually work very well. They don't play well with any trim above an EX or hatch sport however. Pretty much any trim with the honda touch screen HU included is going to have compatibility issues with these plug and play head units.

Some people posting on here had issues with these but I have to say that it worked extremely well for me when I had my LX. It was a major improvement over the stock head unit and sounded great, also looked OEM. I have recently sold my LX and upgraded to an Si. After using the OEM upgraded touch screen head unit I have to say that I actually miss my Phoenix one that was in my LX. It was a lot faster and had better functionality with the app store than the Honda OEM one.

When I purchased mine they only had them on eBay and on the Phoenix website. Since it is on amazon I think that it is less risky to purchase now. If you end up getting a bad unit, returning it shouldn't be much of a headache anymore. Still, purchase at your own risk as these are made in China. I had zero issues with the 2 that I purchased, but who knows, maybe I just got lucky .

My oem head unit just died at 51k so I will be replacing withing the next two weeks. Either this or the Phoenix 9".

There is actually someone on here who was able to modify the wiring harness to play nicely with the OEM microphone. It seemed like a very easy mod, even though I never got around to it. It is talked about with how-to photos in this thread:
