Tune seems off

When I first installed ktuner my car run great and could fell the power right away.
But I recently went back to stock for service work . Before putting the 19/21 tune back on in updated the ktuner v2 and now my car does.not drive the same as it did. Power seem to lag before I feel it.

Is there anything they changed with the update that would cause this?

Are you using the same quick adjustments and enables as before?

I just used the base starter before.
I never adjusted anything but when I first had it on my car there was no boost by gear.

Just a thought. Check to see if all the quick boost by gear settings are set to "disabled".

Updating the V2 does not affect the tune. It'd be the same. If the dealer filled up your tank they likely used 87.

my dealer dont do anything extra but wash the car.
I had to clear all my tunes off the ktuner when it failed to flash to factory because it was stuck in recovery mode and car would not start. i had that issuse all day till i got a email from you guys saying to clear the tunes and that worked. so the tune i downloaded this time was after a update

Loading the same base tune as before with the same settings selected would produce the same result as before, whether you cleared tunes or not, updated software or not, etc.

just a oil change

well today i had some extra time off and decided to look at my tune.
and found out why it was not running the same as before in the setting on the V2 i saw the option to unlock and funny enough it unlocked the ktuner.
so all this time that i thought my tune was not the same it was because i guess it failed to flash lol.
lesson learned to double check everything

If the option to unlock is there the last thing flashed was factory!

@KTuner when i unlocked it and hooked to my computer its wanting me to setup again. but it is getting stuck on uploading and will not complete.
Any way to fix this

If it's unlocked it's not going to set it up. You need to be locked to do so.

its locked but its trying to do the setup for the factory tune before i can download a tune. but no matter how many times i try it will not complete the upload.
I even updated the program from the website hoping that would help but still no go
