I don't think there was anyway that was a race. the light before that intersection only has one lane, maybe he got some speed but I doubt that too. There is no debris field, no shattered glass only the air bags due to the roll over. The body looked good and no deformation of the cabin or the roof. Really looks like a low speed hit and maybe the silver 8th hit him in the right spot to tip it over.
I wasn't trying to claim the photo as mine. my bad. That said the hatch looks like a fit? or a ep3?

I was thinking Fit too. Crazy accident though... it definitely looks low speed to me, I wonder how this happened now. This crap is why I have a dash cam though... I am just waiting for some asshat to run into me and try to run or blame it on me because I have a modded civic lol.

Anybody else with an Si have very rough shifts. Moving my shifter through the gears the shifts feel very clunky and rough. Is there a fix to smooth it out? Will replacing with a short shifter or something similar clear this up? It's mainly 1-2 shift but sometimes 3-4 as well. I've got 4k miles on the car now and it's getting super annoying.

My Si shifts decent. Could be better though. Check out Acuity Instruments, they make a lot of shifter parts that help with the shift feel and throw. Personally I can live with mine for now... I can power shift 2-4th with no issues or missed gears though I do that almost never to be nice to my clutch. I am just under 6000 miles (mod list is on my garage page).

First and 2nd gear seems to be a bit difficult on this car. Not sure why. You almost have the ride the clutch a little bit to get a smooth transition right at the "bite point". Shift before 3K RPM as well. Seems to be doing okay right now.

I domt think what I'm experiencing has nah thing to do with the clutch or when I'm shifting. It feels a lot like the shifter itself. It does it even when the car is off and I move through the gears. It's done it since new but I figured it would eventually break in and smooth out but 4k miles in and it's still the same. I may pick up the Acuity Stage 2 kit next paycheck and see how it feels with that.

Does anyone have a Type R here with Eibach lowering springs. If so, where did you get them installed at?

I have an Si with lowering springs... went to Texas Tire 6112 Denton Hwy, Watauga, TX 76148... they did a very good job, and were very quick. Not sure how much more complicated the type r would be for springs.
