Haze on Sport drivers side ground effect.

So a bird dropped one square on my Sports black drivers side ground effect. No biggie. Grabbed a towel, wet it, and started to remove it. Only it was ON there. I finally got it all off, and the cleaning put scratches in it! Grabbed my bottle of McGuiares Cleaner Wax, which until this point has been my go to for light scratch removal. And it did remove the scratches some, but has put a haze in to the paint now! I have Scratch-X, but I’m guessing that will make it worse.
Anyone know of a product I can use to remove the haze now?
