That all said... I see more trades of Si's go to other Hondas be it a Type-R, Accord Sport or something Euro like a GTi/GolfR.
thats usually the case.

The the clutch alone is certainly a contributor to people getting rid of them. Quite sad that it can't handle all 192 ft-lbs of torque. I've had my Si for less than 4 months and the clutch is now slipping badly in the upper gears, with less than 4k miles on the clock. Certainly not going to get 150k miles out of the original clutch like I have on my previous Civics.

My biggest gripe is the interior quality. It's really been bothering me. I guess I didn't know what to expect - but all the little imperfections, rattles and complete lack of sound deadening has been driving me nuts. I've owned Honda's in the past, and also currently have a '07 Pilot, but never had a Civic. Has the Civic always felt this cheap on the inside? My Pilot feels so much more rock solid compared to it.

for the most part yes as civics have always been economy cars. although i dont feel the interior is cheap feeling in this gen civic, i have felt that about previous gens. the 9th gen 2012 model was probably the worst.

the Si is great car for what it is, it is a great front wheel drive 4 cylinder vehicle, well made, great reputation for reliability, fun to drive, quick, handles great, quiet and smooth, great gas mileage, very good price and bang for buck, checks a ton of boxes, that's what makes Si's great cars and why I see them all over the place. I could have paid cash for a CTR but I don't think they're worth the price tag. I don't go to track days or drive around some cones in a parking lot. If I want to get serious about some street power and performance, where most of us spend 99% of our time driving, for $40K my money is on a brand new 800 HP supercharged Mustang LOL.
WOW!!! An 800 HP Supercharged Brand New Mustang for $40K? Let me know where you get these from. I'll take a dozen of them.
