Car will not see bluetooth

Help! I am trying to hook up my ktuner v.1.2 to my head unit using tuner view. The car will not see the ktuner in Bluetooth. What am I doing wrong? I won’t see it in in the car or tunerview app. Is there a setting when I have it hooked to the laptop I need to turn on? Please help! I am so frustrated!

You need to plug your ktuner back into your pc/laptop then disable the BT pin. Mine was the same and worked just fine after doing so. That’s assuming you have a 16-17 model. If not here’s a thread by ktuner that should help you out.
