Hello!

Like many as myself, I HATE how the standard bulbs in my "non LED" headlights do not match the running lights. It drove me absolutely bonkers. So, after about a solid month of complaining and searching and reading, I finally bit the bullet and bought PIAA Platinum LED headlights for both my lows and highs. Although these were more than I wanted to spend on bulbs, I'm very glad I did. I previously ordered Phillips CrystalVision bulbs but as soon as I read the back of them and it said they'd like 300 hours tops I immediately sent them back. That's just silly in my opinion.

The big thing I liked about these headlights were they don't have fans. I was tempted to get the OPT7's which were a little cheaper but I heard of people saying the fans on the bulbs "arn't that loud" and even some people for some reason having issues with bluetooth (which that doesn't make sense to me, but whatever) These were plug and play and you're able to adjust the bulb which I really liked to make sure your pattern is correct. (pro-tip everything online says basically the LED's should face the sides of your housing) They're pretty close in color, I can't say they're prefect, but I'll give them a "pretty darn good" rating.

$230 well spent. I'd recommend!

Here's some pictures of how they look. If you have any questions let me know!

"Phillips CrystalVision bulbs but as soon as I read the back of them and it said they'd like 300 hours tops I immediately sent them back."

What does it mean by 300 hours tops? Is that the maximum number of hours they can be on continuously? Or is that their average lifetime?

It stated for the H11 (dims) they'd last for 300 hours on max before they would burn out and only 150 hours for the 9005's (highs) .

Back in the day I had a set of silverstars on my old civic and they both died within 10 miles of each other on the road in less than 6 months.......I wasn't a fan.

My word, you'd think Philips with its expertise in the field of lighting would know better than to market headlight bulbs like these.

Yeah I wouldn't recommend them. Spend the extra $50 and get some LED's. I've read a ton about people saying HID or something else is the way to go but eh. These are fine. Are they brighter than stock? Sure. Probably not by much. Buy they don't run hot, and don't blind traffic. I'll be ordering the fog LED lights today so it all matches!

I have the OEM LED headlamps on my Touring. But the foglights are just incandescents. What do you have in mind for LED fog lights? I'm looking for recommendations, don't want to shop around too much.

I'm planning on either swapping the factory fog light lens for one of the yellow ones, or, LED foglamps.

I just ordered the same PIAA LED's in white for my fogs. I got yellow PIAA bulbs but never put them in. I'm torn about the yellow.
