Hey,
I was a proud owner of the 17' Civic Hatchback LX, now I kinda seem to be regretting my purchase. I've had a few minor issues and already had the transmission replaced.
The transmission was replaced less than 5 thousand miles ago when I brought the car in about 5-6 times about the startup vibration/grinding issue, now I'm having the transmission whine like a super charger every time I go more than 60% throttle. While still having the stupid vibration/griding issue (which sounds amazing when people hear it and look at you weird)
I've searched and seen a few threads about the whining sound with no definitive answer to what is causing it, I'm tired of going to the shop just to be told its nothing or it can't be replicated. Anyone else have this going on and know what causes it?
thanks!
