So I’m looking to upgrade to 18x9 wheels.

What offset should I get?

I’ve been told 18x9 +40 or + 35.

The look I’m going for is slight poke not too much out there and looking to retain the stock tires for a very slight stretch.

Not looking for stance or any stupid camber.

Please advice, thank you.

If there’s a good offset out for for 18x9s for the si coupe I’d like to know. Any help is appreciate.

I run 18x9.5 +40 lowered with no camber adjustment, no rubbing at all. So a +35 will work fine with 9" I wouldn't go much more aggressive than that though for what you are looking for based off your post. 18x9 +35 would be 1mm less poke that my setup (see photos) Also I am running the factory tires.

You said slight poke, how much is too much for you. Im running 18 x 9.5 with +35 offset and I have a little poke, but thats subjective to me. 18 x 9 tends to sit pretty flush like Mavic's. 9 or 9.5 youll have to stretch the OEM tires if you use em.
Here is mine for reference:

This second picture is prior to me adding rear adjustable camber arms to fix the camber back into OEM spec, the rear tire actually pokes out more like the top picture.

Thank you for responding as well .

So I guess I’ll go with 18x9 + 30. That should give me the same figment or close to what you guys have.

What site did you buy your rear camber arms as I’m lowered on D2 springs and want to bring the rear back to OEM spec to save tires too.

Thanks JC

PS: do any of you two have issues with running the inner fendwall with the new wheels when fully turned?

No issues with full turn at all. I’m running SPC rear camber arms. Holds my camber in place just fine and was the most cost efficient
