Oh, I forgot, the ground assembly is connected on the front rail, when you open the trunk, on the bottom, to the left of the bottom locking trunk latch. If you remove the cloth insulating material you will find it.

My bolt was clean but had to get my dremel and sand the surface under the ground. It was covered in paint. Once I had metal to metal contact it was good.

I know that it is a bug/symptom of an issue, but wouldn't it be neat if the rear camera came on during hard braking so you can see if someone's going to hit you? A little more information to use to take some evasive action.

I thought about tinkering with it to add this feature, but then I figured it would mess with the computer, and with my luck, I would be going 75mph and hit the button for rear view camera and the car would go in to reverse by mistake, leaving bite size chunks of my CVT all over the road way!!
I'm gonna leave it alone for now.

The problem with this is the reverse lights come on. I dont know how many people would honk at me thinking I was going to back up into them. LOL

That would be perfect for when someone rolls up on your bumper at a stoplight and you want to see how close they got.

Right now I just put it in reverse and stare at them through the camera. Frequently they are so far up my ass they can't even see the backup lights.

Since I got the Si three weeks ago, it's seemed like a magnet for this kind of behavior. Every time I get in the car, I have to try to be sure I'm mentally prepared to deal with people seeing the car and turning into primitive cavemen about it.
