A long Fing time. Probably about 5 hours each vent. You can look at my picture earlier in the thread
I like how the vents look . . . . but 20 hours for all 4 scare me frankly.

Now that you've done it, would you do this again if you were to get a new CTR in the future? In other words, with 20/20 hindsight, was it worth it?

I love the idea of making them real vents, especially with an oil cooler behind it. I hope someone sells a kit for this someday. A dual oil cooler setup would sure make my OCD happy, but it would probably be wasteful and inefficient. Then again, I do plan on tracking my car in FL, so I might actually be able to take advantage of that much cooling.

Also idk that it needs to take as long as it took me. I took a lot of breaks, I was in summer vacation so I had a lot of time, and so it just worked. Very possible someone could go faster. I just knew I wanted it to look really clean so I tried to make sure I didn't rush it and screw up

In cooler temps intake temp should significantly decrease opening those up the air will be hitting both end tanks of the intercooler all good stuff here!! I wouldnt worry about the car not being as aero dynamic unless u plan on driving over 120-130 mph everywhere. It’s either suffer maybe 1 mpg or less or have a colder Intercooler. I’ll take a colder intercooler 10 times over.. anything to get the heat down on this car is a plus

Dude do you know how easy is to reach 120-130 mph on this car? Specially with FBO + Hondata/Ktuner Basemap.
