Black touch up paint turning white

I applied Honda black touch up paint to a chipped spot. It turned a milky white color and has been that way for 2 days. Anyone had this happen? It was a high humidity day, I'm thinking the moisture did this...that's the only thing i can think of.

100% sure it was cause by high humidity.


might save it -- but might mess it up even more if you are not careful.
