Gas overflow and first gear lockout

Not sure with first gear it will not engage fully I will force it into place let off the clutch and it pops out.. if I put it in 2nd 2nd then back to first it will sit well.. waiting for my next fill up but I always put the nozzle in completely. I come back from vacation next week and I'm taking it to the dealership

Forcing it into gear is bad for the transmission. Release the clutch pedal next time and fully depress it again. I usually go into 3rd and back into 1st when this happens
