v2 led help

hello, I am trying to set up the led's on my device but it won't save or stick once I click the save on the bottom. I've tried to reinstall the program on my laptop but no luck. any suggestions?

It would save if you're connected, the unit has full power, and the unit hasn't gone to sleep. You can put it into demo mode on the main menu of the display before connecting in order to see and test your changes.
