Looks good and very well-integrated for a clean look, but the young soul in me leans toward the more aggressive Type-R lip, but the adult in me values the clean install of the BaysonR more.

Ehhh... Meh. It looks like a civic sport lip that has been slightly modified to fit the SI.
I don't think the lip looks bad itself, but it doesn't really go or flow with the SI side skirts. It would probably work if you were running the sport side skirts, although I don't know what you could do about the rear.

Civic sport lip? Are you talking about the hatch lip that looks more like the HFP lip but in gloss black? And what Si side skirts? Not really sure what your talking about because si's dont have side skirts. Not being a jerk or anything, just not really understand what your refering too.
As for the rear, were kindof short on options. Theres some little winglets you can add but i personally dislike how they look.
Also, Bayson R is very open to suggestions so please feel free to let me know what youd like to see different and Ill pass it on!!

Probably not because it does not come painted. Also, my guess would only be because even on the Type R, its only red pinstriping. You could buy some in whatever thickness youd like and stripe it yourself.

It looks like several of the 5-door sport lips available on the market. The little side winglets on the front lip just look out of place without the civic sport/CTR style skirts to complement it.
As for the sides skirts, I am referring to the factory side sill trim or whatever you wish to call it. The ones you would remove when installing the HFP or sport sides.
As for Bayson R, if they want to make something, they should make an HFP style front lip.

Ah, gotcha. Yes. It does look like several other lips. This one just fits the Si with no mods but i see what your saying. Since the Type R lip is one of the most popular lips for an Si, i can see why they started on this one first though.
In terms of the Hfp lip, Im actually trying to get my hands on one i installed a few weeks back. If I can, Ill get it to them for measurments and see if they can make one.
Ive also suggested a version of the sport sideskirts that flow with the lip.

I think ikon makes some “sport” style side skirts that just attach to the existing Si ones. You can paint them gloss black to match the front lip and then add some splitters or something on the back. Just a thought

This looks very nice, not over done, doesn't stick out too far. I think I'm in. Some side skirts for the coupe (a-la Type-R) would grab me as well.

I already have the type r diffuser for my EX, now I will order the skirts and wait for these to come out and it will complete my exterior mods nicely.
