Sorry for the delay getting back to you on that, I'll shoot you a PM in a few minutes!I have adjusted my brackets, and my box cant move anymore right. The coolant hose still contacts the box very harshly. I do not want to cut my coolant hose. Also, if you have offered to replace the box for some people, it wouldnt be right if this wasnt offered to everyone else. I have PMd you to see if I could get a replacement box.
There might be slight manufacturing differences from box to box, but we haven't changed the design or the size of the box at all. We can ship out a replacement airboxes (in your case a second box) but we can't guarantee 100% that it will solve the issue.I want the one that ostudent has. It has optimal clearance at the intercooler hose and the coolant hose. The box does look smaller.
I still haven't received mine!! Send me the smaller box..and soon before I decide to cancel my order for the intake and intercooler.....ridiculous

No a bad idea! I'll definitely make that a suggestion, and keep you guys posted!@Mishimoto What do you think of this approach to the issue as a solution to preventing rubbing of hoses?
I'd be happy enough to settle on this if the engineers believe that this would make a viable fix and if you will supply these to those affected, since finding one of these has not been very easy for me.
