I've played around a bit with some custom tuning but only have adjusted the TC Max pressure and torque limit tables. I've never touched the Knock air limit table. But looking at the knock air limit table, the numbers are different on the two different tunes I have saved as well as the base +6.

Does that table somehow auto-adjust? Why would the numbers be different if I've never touched that table?

Here are pics:

The table isn’t going to change on it’s own. It is possible however that Hondata revised the base map along the way and that your file perhaps originated from an older version.

So what difference did your change make?

i been also messing around with the tc max press and torque tables.....How much boost are you getting out of your +7.5?

ive only been able to reach 24.9psi but cant seem to get consistent boost level without it dropping.

My Sport was tuned on base map +9psi Hondata, now two holes in my block. I'm not saying its Hondata fault, i honestly think Oil dilution might have something to do with it as my car would idle for 5-10h a week. I'm from Toronto Canada and we all know how the engine doesn't really warm up while idling. (No i was not abusing my car when it blew up)
