@Kami Speed, can you please help me?

I've been trying to cancel an order with you since September 5th. I've got 10 days of back-n-forth emailing with Josh to no avail and you still have $1,100 of mine tied up... and have for 8 weeks.

This is in regards to an HKS Spec L exhaust order for the R that's been in place since July 12th and has again been delayed. I don't want to wait anymore.

@Kami Speed I've got an issue as well though not as long standing or costly. I placed an order ten days ago. my card was processed and I would like to know when or if my items are shipping. Excellent customer service starts with communication. Order#: 19376

@Apple I placed an order last night for a iphone Xs Max, but decided to cancel my order. Why won't you cancel my order when it has been less than 24 hours?
Way to be useless.

I would give them a few days to respond since it’s the weekend. It is common for parts to have long delays, especially from Japan. They simply can’t match the demand, which is a good and bad thing.

In the future, I would recommend scoping out several authorized dealers and do business with one that has stock or has a hard eta on the next shipment. Good luck!

I’ve been dealing with @Kami Speed for a little over a month now. Communication with Josh has definitely been good and he’s very willing to help if you contact him on Instagram as suggested or give him a call. I had pre-ordered the ce28 club racer ii black edition and he provided a lot of support/info before I decided to pull trigger on the pre-order. He couldn’t give a solid delivery date but like @jonnys_honda said, kinda hard when parts are coming from Japan. I decided not to go through with the ce28 because they were actually diamond dark gunmetal and not black as the pictures or name would suggest. Again, he was very helpful with trying to find me another wheel option that I’d be more happy with. Just pick up the phone and call or send him a message on instagram. He did tell me he’d be out on vacation but I’m sure somebody else should be able to help you out.

My last request for help with Josh was Friday September 14th at 1:48pm eastern and was a continuation of an email exchange of ours. No reply that Friday and no reply today (Monday). I've found Josh to be courteous and polite but the fact remains that the problem remains unresolved and it's been 11 days now since his acknowledgement of my request for help.

I had hoped to catch him here.

Contacting the credit card company now and definitely won't be trusting those guys with my business any more.

Disappointing.

Sorry about that, I was on Vacation the first 2 weeks of the month and Josh just went on Vacation this week. We were waiting on the HKS cancelation confirmation since the Spec-L were just arriving (they were giving us a hard time canceling your order). But I just caught up and had the cancelation put in, you should be seeing the charge back on your card this week!

Sorry again for the delay!

Sent you an email, Seibon has not shipped out the item even though it was listed instock lol. I sent them an en email regarding the product and we will keep you posted!

Unfortunate that we couldn't make the Club Racer II work for you, if you need anything else feel free to let me know! Josh is on Vacay this week but I'm back if you need help with anything else!

I feel ya but I requested a refund September 5th and it's now the 17th. My challenge is that when I placed the order, I was told 4-6 weeks. Then 5 weeks later I was told another 4-6 weeks and decided to cancel. It's cool and all and not @Kami Speed 's fault but what the heck... get the customer refunded already. That's just bad business.

Hey Steve,

sorry you feel that way, we tried to be as up front as possible on the HKS exhaust given it was a new item. We even talked about other exhaust options but landed back on the Spec-L on the neat design. As for the back and forth, unfortunately I was out on Vacation when you sent the original request and Josh had to figure out what was going on. On top of that HKS was giving us a hard time to it seems to have extended longer that it should have. Then with his leaving this week and my return/catching up on his pending emails it delayed a bit which I am sorry about. If you do trust us again in the future hopefully we can work with an instock product so we don't have this issue lol

As for your payment, that was refunded earlier today, so there's no need to contact your CC company. It does take then a few business days for the credit card company process it back onto your card but it's already in the works. Sorry again on all the back and forth, we try to be as transparent as possible. And sorry one last time for the hassle.
