Greetings folks,

First post here of many to come, been doing a lot of reading and soaking up of information before I start modding my 17' CVT Sport Hatch. Firstly was de badging and already off to a poor start. Got the letters off without an issue but as soon as I began removing adhesive with the automative goo gone it was a nightmare. As seen below the outlines of the letters still remain, and I have no clue how to remove them. I used the goo gone multiple times, hit it with a clay bar and detailer, microfiber to hell, multiple wash cycles with soap and re-application of the clay bar. No improvement. My only hunch is because its black paint, its irreversible and I just need a fresh coat? If anyone has any tips I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks for the long read folks.
