OEM Type R wheels from the previous gen (FK2) are 19x8.5 +60. That’s exactly what you’re asking for. Or NSX front wheels are 19x8.5 +55, so they are 5mm off of the stock CTR offset. Other than that, Motegi and OZ have the +53mm offset options as already mentioned.
Just had a thought about lowering springs. I assume that would factor into the zero scrub as well. May give me more options on the wheels then...

VMR V810 5x120 18x9.5" ET58mm

Will these fit? Are they too wide to have an offset so close to stock? Would I have handling closer to stock with these or the Motegi MR924 53mm Offset wheels?

What would be a perfect tire size for a lowered +38 set up without rub? Unsure whether to go 35 or 40 series tires with maybe a 245 to 265 max.

He's attached all the information to PDF file. Really awesome setup and analysis! The gloss black rims blend in better than the original metallic grey, even on a PMM Type R.
$75 per wheel, plus cost to strip.

That projection on tire cost made me want to puke.

Holy moly, this is exactly the type of stats I'm looking for with the aftermarket wheel setup. Thank you very much for posting this. I hope you're enjoying your CTR as much as put in the time on this setup and stats.

Did you make this analysis sheet yourself?

Given that recent set of wheels I am taking a liking to, after the cost of 4 wheels, getting the color you want (which seems to be an added premium cost), 4 performance tires, alignment, I'd say 4k is around the ballpark of a set of Volk Racing TE37s wheels before everything else. Setup for 19s also seem to not be as widely available as 18s.

That projection on tire cost made me want to puke.

I did make the analysis sheet myself. I sourced the offset/speed correction image from (willtheyfit.com) and conducted the cost analysis based on current prices and cost to mount/balance/align. I also weighed the wheels throughout every phase of the process. The average NSX wheel weight was as follows:
OEM finish: 18.85 lbs
Raw material: 18.55 lbs
Powedercoat: 18.9 lbs.
