What map should i run?!?

Total Newbie here!

So I just purchased my KTuner V2 and would like some input on which base maps I should run. A little description of the differences between them would be appreciated along with any other useful tips.

I mainly do local driving but occasionally drive on the highway. Im not looking to go crazy but just wanted that extra power when its necessary. Thank you!
