Finally broke down and got a new shift knob. (Tired of almost burning my hands on the stock one)
Got the Boomba in black but now that it’s here I’m not really happy with the lettering. (Love the weight and feel though.) In all the pictures on their site and most of them on here, it looks like the etching is bright white, or st least silver. On the one I received however it’s an ugly off white almost tan. Anyone else’s look like this?
Boomba says it’s just “part of the laser engraving process”. If it is they need to find a better method. Either back to searching for a knob or maybe I can either cover it or do a little machining and remove it. Or just try a sharpie.
