Android Head Unit for EX-T, Type R, etc..

I have a 2017 type R and i'm having issues getting sound working out of my android headunit. Everything works.

I even did the bypass thing. No sound. Any advice? I looked over the threads but most of them are base owners.

Did you ever figure this out? I just installed my Android HU and am not hearing any audio from it either.
