Yikes, sorry to hear that. So many little differences between the same car in 2 countries, I don't get why they do that. Makes getting help about our cars from each other tricky.

Well, while United Statesian CTRs are the least-equipped among all markets, they're also the least expensive.

I have wire frame sunglasses so they're pretty thin. Not sure if this space with fit a pair of Oakleys or something.
I used to put mine there. Eventually the snug fit scuffed the lenses. Now I put them in the tray in front of the USB/12V outlet.

Actually you are wrong there.
Type R's overall are much cheaper in Canada.
As an example.

That car priced at $41,090 Canadian equates with the current exchange rate to $31,465 US dollars.
This is quite a lot lower than current US prices, and then when you add in dealer ADM in the US, and the Canadian car come out as a real steal.
Remember, there is no dealer ADM in Canada....thank goodness.

That $41k price doesn't include delivery charges and other fees but point taken.

In the lower shelf by the USB outlet. The cord helps keep the sunglasses from flinging out in high G turns.
