A little off topic, but I thought I'd share.

As you probably are aware there are many wildfires raging in California.
Well today I was making lunch, and happened to open the kitchen blinds, to see 20 foot flames across the street from my house.
Time to evacuate.
Really scary stuff, when you leave and don't really know if your house will still be standing.
If you wouldn't mind saying a little prayer for the many people affected by these wild fires.
Is an experience I never want to go through again.

Done.

As a teen in the late 90s in central FL, everything seemed like it was on fire. I did driver's education in the summer and had to evacuate because the fires got up to the school. My folks filled a bin or two of stuff and we all had to have a few things packed with the notion we'd leave and not have a house to come back to. Fortunately we never had to leave, but that summer... everything smelled like smoke.

Prayers to you and your family. No matter what happens, if y'all are safe, you still have your home with each other... wherever that may be.

Thanks guys, got back into my house late last night.
Had to go through a number of police, before one was nice enough to let me through.
Still lots of smoke in the air.

Stay safe! I'm currently in MoVal off the 60 FWY and you can smell the fire throughout the warehouse and office.

Sending prayers for you. I just cant imagine what it's like, but seems like a good time to consider moving.

Wow scary stuff. Hope you and everyone is safe and that the fires don’t do too much damage. I see it on the news all the time and it is sad to see people’s lives go up in flames or get washed away in floods.
