On the hatches in Canada, they come from the factory with just a single sticker on the glass above the rear Honda badge, none on the sides - that is if you want to match to the CDM (Canadian Domestic Market)

I've gone through this whole thread and I can't seem to see the vector file someone made of the decal or the correct dimensions. I have access to a vinyl cutter, otherwise I'd buy some from the links people have posted. Perhaps a helpful fellow civic owner could send me a PM and help me out?
