I didn't realize you guys sold the turbo blanket until just now. I ordered direct from USR but would have ordered with you had i know earlier so i could have everything delivered all at once.

Anyways, can you explain how this boost controller works? There were no instructions with it and the hash marks on the dial only go from 1-8, so i'm not sure how that relates to the boost pressure.

Hey Mike. First, apologize for the directions. We’ve been understaffed and just hired another technician to allow us to stay on top of these things and get directions done. As we’ve also just added a Dyno to our facility, it’s been busy! Install is happening this week.

As for the boost controller. Clockwise in means more boost is needed to open the valve. I personally suggest closing it up a fair amount to 17-18 psi. You will hear when it opens for sure. The nice thing is it’s adjustable and will be easy to change.

If you need assistance, my technician Roger is here to answer your questions at any time. [email protected]

Hi Graham, do you know the weight of the whole kit compared to stock?

I think I'm going to need your tech's assistance after all. I decided to do a test after I routed the vacuum line on my car just to make sure I didn't have any punctures. It seems like the hose that you guys included in the kit is far too restrictive, I couldn't get ANY air to flow through the hose. I tried sending 100psi from my air compressor through it and nothing flows so I'm not sure how it can pull a vacuum.

Ya seems the line is run incorrectly. Email me your cell number and I’ll have Roger call you immediately.

Just wanted to give you an update. After speaking to Roger he agreed that the vacuum line in my kit was defective. He shipped out a new one and after doing a visual comparison of the two hoses you could tell that there was something seriously wrong with the original hose. I got everything installed earlier today and had no further issues. Not only does everything look great but it sounds good too!
