First run on TSP Stage 1 configuration #3 with VSA completely disabled (pedal dance). Sport mode on, and about 82 degrees at Portland International Raceway. Set the launch control at 3200rpms. It got a little squirrelly off the line but pulled an easy 14.552. The tune is quite brisk, and will take a little getting used to where to shift...video to follow.

Dumb question, when uploading the tune, does it default to MAP3?

Here's the fastest run from last night. I didn't try and play with NLS, but I'm sure it would have helped. Launch was set at 3200, but I think bumping up a tad would add to the flavor. Video links from the dashcam and TunerView are posted on the Si 1/4 mile page...

Do you have any idea on an ETA for these?
I sent an email to all the Hondata units in the sold list; if you did not receive the notification, just email me your device serial number and I'll reply with the update.

I see you're in Lancaster, too. You're only an hour from me. :)

Email sent. That makes it super convenient for the custom tune in the future!

One request.

My MPG's are much lower than on Vit stage 1 tune. I suspect this is because of the Improved Turbocharger Response II setting. It's fine on map 1 but lacking in power.

Map 2: 19psi normal, 21psi "Sport" mode, Improved Turbocharger Response II
Map 3: 19psi normal, custom boost level "Sport" mode, Improved Turbocharger Response II

For fun
Map 1 can disable the turbo to just drive around in a civic fit

My request would be to have Map 2 target same boost levels as MAP 3. Except without {improved Turbocharger Response II)

I would use this map to daily drive in to get better MPG's.

How does this compare to Vit's stage 1 tune?
Vit's has more low end torque with different turbo spool characteristics that in my case netted more MGP's. TSP's does feel much stronger higher up past 4400 RPM

Very cool, any mods besides the tune? I am assuming you're running Ktuner, correct?

@Two Step Performance While I actually would actually choose somewhat different quick adjustments than @dz1guy, I think that this brings an excellent idea to mind: is it possible to keep the boost tables, fuel parameters, and ignition timing locked and hidden, but leave all of the Quick Adjustments editable? I know that I'd love to up the Turbo Responsiveness on Map 3 to "Improved Turbocharger Response III", and might want to throw on a tiny bit of throttle padding on one of the tunes, for those times that I'd prefer a slightly smoother transition to vacuum. Is this something that would be possible?

You're correct...I'm now running the TSP Stage 1 Tune via KTuner V1.2. The car is completely stock except for the little ECU backpack tucked into my ODB port. The best time I got Saturday was [email protected], however it was a very hot evening in Portland (it's been over 90 the past 2 weeks) and I didn't take advantage of the NLS. The additional top end will take some getting used to, since it doesn't fall flat at 6400---so optimizing the shift points will help the times along with adjusting the launch RPM.

Here's a TunerView of the run, I was lined up with a first time driver in an 8th Gen.

Solid run! I'm sure with NLS & better IAT1/2 temps, you could pull off a lower 14s run. Nicely done!
