Yup, I got mine from then. Very good service and they shipped them very quick. Not very dark compared to other others I have seen and for the price i love em.

I personally like the look of ProCivic ones better than the OEM. That’s why I nstalled them on my Type R.

I would highly recommend not shopping with Pro Civic.

I bought the wind deflectors, and they do not line up with my vehicle whatsoever. I had all 4 pieces, and tried to install one piece. Pro Civic said that I can't return an item unless it's in perfect condition. First, I think that is stupid if their product doesn't fit in the first place, I should be able to return it.

Their best answer was to bring it to a body shop to get it professionally installed. Are you kidding me? The curvature is way off. Then they kept telling me I had no proof, and that I could send it in to them to inspect to see if its defective. I won't even bother sending it back, because they'll just ship it back to me saying nothing was defective. I also sent many pictures to them showing how far off the shape of the visor was to the window.

Not only for window visors, but ordering any other parts, I'd be very wary from doing business with them.

For Pro Civic: Enjoy my hard earned money, get your products in shape, and at least have decent customer service.

:imnew: Just to warn people :hater:

@finnaryan I wonder if they sent you the hatchback visors by mistake? I got mine from elsewhere but that happened the first time for me too (sedan visors for a hatchback). Fitment was impossible to get right on the rear windows, fronts were OK but too short.

Are the fronts too long and the rears too short?

If it's 1/5th of the price of OEM, it's going to be 1/5th of the quality.

I didn't have too much issue with mine. There is a ProCivic rep on these forums, he may be worth a ping. I don't remember his username though.

Edit: Found it: @procivic

It's closer to ⅓ of the price, ½ after you factor in shipping (the shipping was nearly 20 bucks...). That said, I did install them on my Type R and didn't have any issues. The only thing that popped up was that the pin holes on the deflector didn't match that of the OEM deflectors, but moving the brackets fixed that issue pretty painlessly.

Wow, I'm sorry you're so upset. Normally we have almost zero fitment issues with the visors. They should work on your 2019 sedan just fine. I can check with the returns department to see what is going on if you just PM me your Order #. It sounds like they wanted you to send it back for inspection, which is a pretty normal procedure for us when we can't identify an issue with just pictures. Rest assured, if it is defective, you'll get 100% refund or a replacement at no charge.
