After reviewing whatever exhaust oem mods on you tube there are,

I would lean towards trying resonator deletes only and leave the 3 rear mufflers intact

I believe it is one-piece yes.
(Going back a bit here but) this is pretty disappointing. My whole idea was to replace the resonators with straight pipes but unbolting them and swapping them because I figured removing the resonators would sound nice, but would retain the three tips, which I just love. Super bummed I won't be able to do it unless I cut the exhaust. I'll just have to wait for an aftermarket (or find a trashed OEM one cheap) but, I have so far hated all the aftermarket options, even the ones with three tips.

I know what you mean. Started with our 08 Accord - one piece exhaust. I guess they didn't want to make it so easy to modify the exhaust? No idea.

Lolololol. If you modify any exhaust yourself, you WANT it to be one piece. I'm cutting out my resonators and using some customed chambered mufflers. Glad as hell it's in one piece.

Lolololol. Why? Why wouldn't I want to be able to unbolt the resonators and bolt back in a straight piece of pipe? Since all I want to do is ditch the resonator and retain the rest of the piping? Lolololol cool story bro.

Oh I don’t know... leaks, gaskets crapping out, and fitment? Go ahead and wish for your days of bolted in test pipes mah boy.

Proper flanges fit with donut gaskets and spring bolts work just fine. Things that can be disassembled are always preferable.

You’re right. I wish Honda would have put a 2 bolt flange with gasket every 16” to accommodate test pipe installin ricers

That was a nice thing about my 99 Si - you had header/manifold down to cat which had a 2 bolt flange, the cat to mid pipe had 3 bolt flange, then after the 'axle' was another 2 bolt flange. So, without having to saw or weld, you could swap out just the muffler section and see if you got the sound you wanted. No need to pay an exhaust shop or even get on a lift really.
