Bought mine used (<300 miles on it) in Rock Springs late July. Got a great deal. It's a replacement for my '93 DX Hatchback which I bought new 24 years ago. Quite a contrast between the '93 and the '17! Double the horsepower! Heated seats, sunroof, cruise control, pushbutton start, keyless entry. And adjusted for inflation probably cheaper too.

16 ex-t here. Already started collecting CDM & JDM badging. Modulo parts coming soon.

I wish I had an Si. 17 ex-t. I had an 07 Si and it was a huge difference switching to the 17.

I moved to Salt Lake in December from San Diego and I'm loving it!

I took my 6spd SGP Sport to Miller (now known as Utah Motorsports Campus) for 4 WinterX events this season. Dylan took both above photos at the snowiest of the events. I had to screenshot them on my phone because the original resolution was too high. I have some footage from inside the car I'll post when I'm not crashing at my girlfriend's place and can set up my computer.

Welcome . We are lucky to have that facility. Probably see you out there when things warm up for Wide Open Wednesdays.

Come out for the NASA events! The amount of track time is well worth it. Plus, you'll be guaranteed an instructor all day if you're in HPDE1. I'll be at the track this Saturday and Sunday.

Welcome to another person who didn't want to pay the Utah Honda dealers' $5K- $10K markup. I was going to take my Type R to WOW last month but it hailed the night before and the (so called) AccuWeather forecast on that Wednesday was for rain beginning at 5:00 PM (didn't get a drop at the track). So i took my AWD Subaru instead. They have changed the format so you get a lot more laps than in years past. Will try again next Wednesday.

Could you elaborate? Looking at the NASA event it sounds like all the track time is for the people whom are competing in the race. I'm a beginner so was thinking more of a WOW+ WOW nights

I came out about $4k cheaper by buying in West Virginia compared to dealerships in UT, CO, AZ, NV. My trip out and back only ran me $770 after it was all said and done which still about $480 cheaper than the best shipping quote I got on an open trailer.

They run HPDE and race class run groups Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; they don't do HPDE1 (beginner) on Friday though. The HPDE crowd gets the same amount of track time as the race classes, adds up to 1h20m for everyone split across 4 sessions. As a beginner you're only on track with other HPDE1 drivers, all with instructors in the car, and very controlled passing. They'll also teach you all the basics of track safety and etiquette in the driver's meetings.
