As we all know there isn’t a lot of tire selection for the stock wheels. In order to stay in the stock class for autocross has anyone tried a 255/40/20? The re-71r in specific is what I’m thinking about trying. I have other wheels for driving on just don’t want it to look like a CUV on these tires. I know about the calculators to see diameter difference just hoping for a photo or two.

I didnt know that was a size just looking at tire rack. I’ll check online nice to know they make that one. Already have 4 sets of wheels for this car don’t want an autocross specific one I don’t care that much about it.

245/35x20 might be back in stock for Nationals.

However, everyone I know has gone to 19" wheels for D/Street.
What 19 inch wheels is everyone running? And do they run 245/40-19 or 245/35-19?

I have been waiting for someone to put 245/40 or 255/40 on the oem to see if there are any problems rubbing. I just want a little more comfort. Have a lot of bad roads here and that extra inch off the ground will give me more protection against roads that flood due to a hurricane or just a lot of rain.

Do you see any changes in grip, handling, torque steer?
No changes to torque steer, but grip and handling in my opinion are much better, I really feel like someone at Honda dropped the ball on not making this the oem size, either that or Honda wants you to screw up wheels so you have to buy new ones
