Bluetooth works with or without PIN disabled, but you will need to BT pair the device after you change this setting.

The unit will only show up in the list if it's currently communicating with the vehicle. If the numbers are updating on the display then they should be via BT as well.

If you disconnect you may not be able to reconnect for the first try after, until the BT connection has timed out.

Some people who also have HondaLink connected have experienced some issues with communication.

The app is working now but it still loses connection every now and then and freezes. Not sure how to fix it.

It can be an issue with the head unit too. Some people reported that they need to unpair the KTuner unit and pair it again.

Someone in the Tempe, AZ area get their 2018 Si over to KTuner!!! They need a car!

I'm not on the headunit yet but I had all kinds of issues at first as well. Installed Saturday.
Not connecting, disconnecting, & not showing anything on the gauges once connected.

HondaLink was causing issues with mine while trying to use my phone.

It never works anyways so I just uninstalled it.

Disabled BT-PIN, Paired the phone to the KTuner unit, & now it works great.

I hop in the car, turn it on, open the app, & it's been automatically connecting all weekend.
Really great and I love the GPS/Datalog tunerview throws into a .CSV file. Awesome tuning aid!

Today my KTuner View Lite app is not opening. When I click on the app it goes to the loading screen and then it closes. I cannot get into the app. I tried restarting the car and rebooting the unit. It’s not opening at all anymore. Do you know the steps to uninstall the app? I’ll try to reinstall it to see if it works properly. Thanks.

Run the install option with a fresh copy on the USB drive and it will install over it. The app hasn't changed, though, so if it still won't launch something else has.

Honda Civic 10th gen TunerView Lite Now Available For The Head Unit IMG_3631

Is there a way to change these two readings since they are the same? I noticed that on a few of the layouts where they have same readings. Thanks.

Just touch and hold on the parameter.

So got my ktuner v1.2 installed today and also loaded the tunerview app via hondahack.

i noticed that when starting up the car sometimes the app will not work and shows all 0s for the readings.. i have to unpair and pair the ktuner again in BT settings on the dash.. is there a known reason for the app not connecting sometimes?

also noticed that when u change parameters i.e. units from mph to kmph the app stops working and u have disconnect and connect again.

good thing is that the app continues to work when cameras are initiated.. the Canadian models have lane watch

also can phone calls etc work at the same time when the app is running? i'm assuming the car only has the ability to connect to one device at a time and this is maybe why the app doesnt work cause my phone finds the connection first..

Yeah you pretty much figured it out yourself. Connecting your phone first will put it out of whack sometimes.
