Nice! Can you post a picture of it on the car! I was flip-flopping on the idea of putting on the black chrome Civic/H emblems because of the weird contrast with the Si badge, but this looks so cool.
It does look a bit odd. I’d suggest to put a clear coat with couple drops of black to create the same dark gun metal effect. There are some paints in the market now that let you do the plated black, red, blue or gold etc.

Ended up messing up the badge so I ordered another one. I'll update you guys when I do stick it on.

I didn't remove my trunk garnish even though the extra clips are provided. I figure the tabs that hold the clips are too delicate, and you either break the tabs or create crease on the garnish while removing it.

You have to remove one bolt right behind the emblem, then remove the the clips that hold the tabs. Those clips near the tail lights are not even seen, so you have to carefully pop it off the trunk.

Here are some pictures of the garnish that I found off ebay for those who are going to remove the trunk garnish to do that.

Just kinda hard to see, everyone is so cheap these days. The chrome plated ones at the dealer are like $14.

Guys, its on Amazon for $17-$21 dollars if you just want the "H".
The Heeltoe shows a whole OEM set, and can't say if its marked up. However, if you just want the black chrome "H".
Try Ebay and Amazon.... You can buy them individually or a set for less.... Also, the front is a stick on while the back uses pins.

In other words, front is easy to replace. The back will require more patience and time; unless you don't care about your existing ones.... If so, just break it and allow the pins/prongs to fall out.

The front H emblem is secured with push pins like the rear one.
