@PRL Motorsports I'm shooting for 400hp. Would the GTX2867R GEN2 with the larger .86 be the best or the .64.

Also will internals and a fuel upgrade be needed with that option?

Thank you @PRL Motorsports for the hard work and significant investment involved in research and development of a kit like this! Props to @KTuner as well for the support provided!

I wonder if the Type R clutch/flywheel that E-Man is running also throws codes?

Also, wasn't there a lightened dual-mass flywheel option that one vendor was piloting?
Emans set-up does NOT throw any codes.

Dont go 350, go 400 if you are planning on the turbo kit. Why even chance it. People are complaining the 350 is crap already, though the whole clutchmaster setup may just be garbage. And from what I've read the 400 is still a pretty good clutch for the daily just some slight chatter in reverse.
I have been running the FX350 for 2,500-3,000 miles, no issues at all, no sounds, chatter 98% absent, never had to re-adjust my pedal once. Running Vit Si stage 2 flex fuel tune, I may have lucked out, haha.

Clutchmasters 350 clutch has served me well over the last 10k miles. Only complaint is 1st gear chatter once the clutch gets warmed up but I was aware that this was a trade off I'd have to accept! So far I'm happy with it, I'm just concerned with its longevity! I'm currently running bits stage 1 but will have flex fuel by next week!

400 horsepower anyone?! Oh, and the pre-order is now up and active HERE!

We finally got the chance to test out the GTX2867R GEN2 with "small" .64 A/R turbine housing and made numerous 390-398 whp and 370+ ft/lb tq hits! This little 1.5L engine is proving to be very stout thus far! We have a few more tricks up our sleeves to see if we can break the 400 whp barrier with this setup on Monday! ;) New power record anyone?!

Here are some comparisons of the GT2860RS vs the GTX2867R GEN2. In our opinion, the GTX2860R GEN2 (that we didn't get to test) with the .64 A/R housing will be the best bang-for-the-buck setup for stock engine setups!
Super excited for this!! Is the general consensus that after the 400 wheel mark, engine failure is bound to happen?
From your site “Anything larger than a 2876 turbocharger REQUIRES A BUILT ENGINE and additional fueling for optimal use.”
What have you identified being the weak point aside from rods? And how did you come to the conclusion that you’re near the limit at 400?
Thanks !

Is all of this primarily for the Si or would the Sport be able to handle this? and I'm not the best on fuels, but I'm assuming since it wasn't mentioned [as far as I read] that 91 wouldn't suffice? or are there numbers for 91? :p

There was a thread comparing internals of the Si to the base models and they looked identical but with different part numbers. The main difference seems to be the turbo and inlet piping which this kit replaces. The numbers should be near identical after the turbo kit between the base/sport and the Si.

The Si rods are constructed of a harder metal, based on some off the cuff testing by one of our tuning friends.

There has been some bases with failed rods. I do not know of an Si that has had a failure yet.

Will this work with the PRL catted downpipe? Or is the assumption that one would go catless since this is marked for off-road use only.

You could call and ask for a custom option to have a cat added to the downpipe, but I believe the custom downpipe which ships with the kit, is catless and is not the same as the previously issued catless downpipe.
