I wouldn't recommend taking your 1st change to the dealer because they may get suspicious as to why your oil MM is not showing due for a change when that time comes
I did my first oil change at about 20% level and reset the oil MM myself.

I think it was at 80% a few months ago when I last flashed it to add Hondata mode. Do you think I should unflash the car and just say I accidentally reset it?

You could, but the concern is you don't want to pull the initial factory engine oil out too soon since it's there for a purpose. I would try to calculate as best as you can on when you think the 20% to 15% would be coming around.

If I had to guesstimate I would think it should be currently around 40 or 50%. I have around 5100 miles on it and I have owned it for 6 months now so I was going to wait till 7000 which would be another 3 months based on my daily commute

That's seems like a fair estimate and it wouldn't be too early.

Just don't forget to reflash back to stock if you insist on going back to your dealer.

It's actually not the same dealership I bought it from. I thought routine oil changes were okay to leave it flashed for?
Yes, but your gonna have to explain to them about the oil MM error. Not sure what they will do if they find out about the FP in your car.
