The only thing that has really annoyed me is the location of the cup holders. It probably isn't bad for those with the CVT, but it sucks with the 6MT.
This. Anything taller than a 16oz cup from starbucks gets in the way of shifting. Luckily if I'm alone I can just drop the cup into the "lower" cup holder in the console.

I guess I'm the only person who actually likes the rear of my Si, haha.

You're not alone. I love the styling of the Si. It's one of the reasons I bought the car. I don't care if the "vents" are not functional, I prefer the look of them over the regular bumper on the Civic sedan.

I love it as well, but then again I have the Si coupe which imo has the best looking rear. From what I seen, the non Si sedans look horrible from behind lol.

Anyways, if I have to pick out something I really dislike it would be the seats (Si). Not very comfy.

Those huge plastic fake vents pushed this gen Honda to "the ugliest Civic ever made" category.
The only other current crop of cars compete for ugliness are the new 2018 Toyota front ends.

That was actually a sarcastic comment against the people complaining about the "knob".

Read the post before commenting against it! Educate yourself on this forum rookie.

I have a Honda with and without the knob and I never use it. I could care less.

Maybe some people use it as a fidget toy.
I know you were being sarcastic. No one in this thread brought up the knob until you did. If you could care less why did you bring it up in the first place on this thread and make it a point to attack people in any thread that talks about the knob? It seems to be something that’s sticking in your craw.

The fact that the missing knob keeps being mentioned means that it’s a common complaint. And why don’t you berate the other complaints being brought up on this thread? Fake vents on the hatch, no lumbar support, no blind sport indicator, etc. Something deeper is there.

No spare for the SI. Have AAA Plus anyway. Haven't changed a tire in over 15 years....
Odd, my Si came with one. This seems to be very hit or miss, I was actually surprised to see I had one, haha.

So far I don't like the dull plastic mounts for the spoiler, the dull matte look sticks out so much next to the fine finish of the spoiler and trunk. I'm going to have to have them painted to match or maybe vinyl wrap to at least tie them in better aesthetically.

Seems Canada gets the spare, but the US doesn't. Leaves me a bit tempted to look into ordering one from a CA dealer and having it shipped here. Not enough to actually do it though. AAA works well enough.

That's what I was thinking too. Only time I needed my spare in the previous car was for a leak that those repair kits could have handled. Crazy how many little differences there are between the US and Canada versions, wouldn't it be easier to make them all the same? There's some money saving reasons behind the scene for Honda for this I'm betting.

Since the thread says "feature" which excludes things like rattles/manufacturing defects, and is asking to only pick one/worst, I have to go with the Start button. The e-brake is a close contender, but being unable to turn off the engine while still having uninterrupted audio stream (be it AA, bluetooth, FM radio, etc.) is a very serious design flaw. It makes this car inferior (in that ability) to 99.9% of the "less-fancy" cars, including all those made decades ago. (To all of which it is otherwise superior in just about every other way imaginable, which is how it should be.) Whoever greenlighted that design idea into production should be freakin' fired. </rant>

What’s wrong with the start stop button. You almost kill yourself? Lol
I struggle with it the same way as the other poster that mentioned it. I do a fair amount of just hanging out in the car and the aux mode still gets me every once in a while. It'd also be nice to go from on to aux rather than on to off to aux to real aux. I like the concept of the button, but I wish it had like long press functionality or something...
