I'm a little frustrated with mishimoto I ordered my intake on January 31st the first day that the part number was available for distributors in Canada to order it. Now I'm seeing that people who ordered the intake one month after me are getting it at their house before me. What kind of customer service is this mishimoto.
I would call them directly that’s what I did and they took care of it

I think if it’s through a distributor you’re going to be waiting for a while just like me because I’ve ordered it through @Kami Speed and most likely whoever orders it directly from Mishimoto gets first dibs before the distributor regardless of what date you placed the order on from my understanding.

Yes I totally understand from a business stand point that they are doing this to make more money per unit because the distributors obviously get a kick back. But come on guys. I'd understand getting it a couple days later but it's been weeks now and the only update we have gotten is that it's still on a boat somewhere.

What's the point of being first to preorder something if you get it last ..that's not how a preorder is supposed to work. Don't do a preorder unless you have a release date where you can fill them all. Or if you know your going to be short stop the preorders.

It's easy to please customers ... Just don't let them find out that a March order got filled before a January one.

Honestly if I am pre ordering I go straight to the source. I am in Canada and bought through mishi direct because I have seen a few pre orders work themselves out like this.

Anyone else run into one of the stock hose claps have a revet in it rather than a screw head? Just ended up drilling it out which wasn’t bad but was surprised to see that on there :)

I also used a dremmel. They are breakaway worm clamps. when you tighten them to a certain point the head breaks off.

I missed it! Thank you :) it’s a simple process for most but if someone isn’t handy they could damage that area struggling to get it off
