I brought my 2017 civic 4 door to the dealership for two issues and I thought I would share the results:

My car was vibrating while stopped at a light (car in drive and foot on the brake with the A/C turned off). I thought there was a vacuum hose disconnected. I know others here have experienced the same problem. The service technician says that all civics do this. He offered to let me drive one of the new cars to see for myself but I turned the offer down. I dealt with this particular service technician in the past and I know he is good so I trusted his word. He told me they get this complaint from Civic owners almost every day.

The second issue was the software update to the radio. I was running build number 1.F191.59. I asked them to update the firmware and i now have 1.F194.30. The service technician told me this new update fixed 22 known bugs with the radio. He asked "were you getting the black screen" and I said yes. He asked "were you getting scratch noises in the bluetooth" and I said yes. He claims this new software update fixes all of this. I haven't had enough time to test it yet. My advice to everyone.... next time you go in for service ask them to update the radio.

I have to say I am really impressed with Honda service. They have some great technicians that know their vehicles.

I haven't had any issues with idle lumpiness. Mine is a 16 Touring. That would annoy the heck out of me. As to the radio, I have had one update but I should check to see what firmware I'm running. Thanks for the information.
