@Hondata is a direct signature required for the flash pro unit? I just got my jailbroje ECU that requires a direct signature and wasn’t sure if the flash pro only can simply be delivered without a direct signature? Thanks.
All our orders require a direct signature.

I do have a few more questions, maybe even a video would help. Once you receive everything & get ready to load a tune. What are the proper steps. Key to on position? Then fire up flashpro manger , lock it to my car , load my map. Then let it load , then do I turn the car back off ? Or just start it up ? Sorry if it seems confusing, I’m just trying to figure these few thing out.
We will make a video. Your steps are pretty much right. After reflashing the software will tell you to switch off the ignition, and then you just start it up. After a reflash you need to drive for a mile or so to get the lambda sensors working, but it is not critical.

Sorry, the RDX and CTR require different FlashPros.
Yes, the Canadian ECU is the same as the US ECU so you can get the FlashPro / unlock service. See the above post about the insurance / customs value. The issue is that FedEx does not all the ECU to be insured for more than the customs value, which is not nice because the customs value should be 0 as the ECU is going into the US and then back out. So the best we can do is let the customer decide the customs/insurance value. It is helps the number of packages that get lost from FedEx is very small so don't get fixated on the insurance amount.
Thank you! And for unlocking, it must be done through Hondata in California, as in there's no dealer in Canada that is able to do the unlocking?

At the moment, yes. We'll get dealers elsewhere set up asap.

For support issues consider posting on the Hondata forum or email [email protected], because we don't always see every post on every car forum.

To register and lock the FlashPro you will need to check that you have FlashProManager V2.9.6.0 (or higher). If it is not working then let us know the exact error message, and also your FlashPro serial number so we can trace it on the server logs. If you know your IP address that would help too. One thing that we have seen is that not all cellular hotspots work, depending on the cellular carrier.

If you could try again when you get a chance I'll look at our servers and let you know what I find.

Update: V2.9.6.0 or higher

To register and lock the FlashPro you will need to check that you have FlashProManager V2.9.5.0 (or higher). @Hondata Curious as well, I know Type R is not known for it being a gas sipper or fuel efficient.

However can it be programmed where the Comfort mode is running Accord 2018 stock numbers to help with mpgs?

Sport is almost stock maybe tweak a couple things

And plus R mode where all the fun happpens and get the extra 30hp?
Thanks
