Which Milltek version do you have?
I have the non resonated one.

Although there was a slight vibration where the milltek mid sections hanger was resting against the cars hanger.

Milltek asked me to take note of the batch number so they could fix that issue.

I just fixed it myself by sliding a rubber peice (vacuum cap) over the part the milltek would vibrate against.

Check this out to see what I'm referring to:

I haven’t heard it from anyone else, could be something I did. They’re a reputable brand and the customer service thus far has been awesome.

I don’t want you to think that it’s gonnahaooen just cause it happened to me, but you do what you feel is right at the end of the day. I am definitely keeping it, just going to find a solution.
No no, I did it because I wanted a catback and included the front pipe. Its all good man.

Cool, mind sharing or pm me some videos. I choose the Part Resonated because I dont want it that loud based on the videos I saw. I like that if in the future I want more sound I could buy the res delete pipe from them.

no surprisingly it is very quiet while cruising. I took a chance on this also and was pleased...I didn't want a loud drone while driving. I have zero drone.
Thinking about going with this setup and doing a non resonated version. Do you have a frontpipe/downpipe as well?

Thermal R&D exhaust
In my opinion..
- it sounds wonderful, nice deep tone but nothing crazy
- Drone is very minimal, but sounds very powerful
- No vibration after installation of exhaust, no vibes on the seats. just the nice sound of the exhaust

Thermal R&D
USR Downpipe
I have no complaints. I've had the Thermal system since October and was pleased with the sound and very little drone. Then I installed the USR catless down pipe and holy crap did it wake up the thermal exhaust. I love the way it sounds, although to some people I can see it being a little much. My only complaint is that the car has a lot of BARK and not enough BITE........ yet.
You get under an underpass and when that thing hit redline sounds like gun shots! Love It.

Agree with the last few statements on the Thermal system. I too am a happy camper. Made a short video. Check it out.

Great video, i've been going back and forth deciding what exhaust to get, really like that exhaust and i'm 99% sure thats what im going to go with now.(priced very reasonable/great sound) Is it just the cat-back system you have on that, with no down pipe?

Thx JDhonda. No downpipe JD, just the exhaust system. No video including the one I made really does justice to the sound of the system. Sweet music to the ears, in person.

BortMobile, what Thermal R&D Exhaust is that? I can't even find it on their website with the exhaust tip layout you have, and I much prefer the triple tip exhaust you posted than the one piece cover that they sell.
