I'm referring to the trusty #10 socket, which can handle the large majority of minor Honda repairs. What is this number 10 you talk about?
I've given up. I've grown tired of unretruned calls and conversations that end with me being informed that they can't help me because they can't replicate the problem. They need for the car to fail, after which it is towed to them, in order to investigate further. I can't afford to lose a day waiting for them to come and tow me back to the dealer (the whole entire process would surely take that long should it occur as Honda described). I don't have time to waste arguing with them, my last conversation with the dealer's 'Public Relations Expert' was a disaster, after which I told him exactly what I thought of him and his dealership. I probably shouldn't go back there for a while.Any news on this unfortunate situation?
I've had one more breakdown, but in the interest of saving time I fixed it myself. I'm waiting for the next failure, after which I'll have it towed in in order to satisfy the requirements of a lemon law claim. The way I see it, my best bet is to stop stressing over it and let it happen - in the end I'll get my money back and Honda will have let me borrow a new car for about 6 months.
I will then buy a Hyundai. End of story (hopefully).
