So for those who like to daily their Type R, which drive mode do you use? Myself, I find myself switching between either comfort if I know the road is not smooth at all or sport if I want a bit more acceleration force. I like how firm the wheel is in sport too, but even in comfort I can tell exactly where the limits are as I push around corners.

I have not really tried +R yet - once the temperatures warm up a bit (if they ever do...) I will see how hard you can push this beast. :)

How about you guys?

I find myself leaving it in sport mode most of the time. I like the ride in Comfort but not in love with the steering feel in that mode.

I do like 60% Sport, 30% +R, and 10% comfort. +R I use when I get to the twisty fun parts of my commute and when I do fun rides on weekends. Comfort I use on cold cold days and shitty roads

Probably about 70% Sport out of pure laziness and 30% +R, never Comfort unless passengers are sleeping in the car.

90% sport mode. I don't like the steering and acceleration response in Comfort, and the Sport mode ride is definitely compliant enough. I don't want to feel like I am driving a Civic EX. . . . unless I am cruising long distance on the highway.

Sport 80% and R the other 20%.

I do not like the steering feel in comfort at all. I don't think I've gone to comfort other than when I first purchased the car to feel it out.

Work in the Bronx. Wayyy too many potholes to drive in sport. Comfort all day!

Sport 90% of the time.

The steering feel in comfort mode like others have said is just too light for my taste. Feels as loose as my ILX.

+R mode if I am going for an enjoyable drive.
In general though, I just keep it in sport. I get too lazy to have to switch modes every time I start the car

I voted Sport because that's where I spend the majority of my time right now. I daily drive my Type R as well, but have only really had this winter so far so I likely have it in Comfort more than I will for the rest of the year. Sport still seems to be the go-to for commuting.

Comfort 40%: Heavy traffic on daily commute/shitty weather
Sport 50%: Light traffic commute/weekend errands & trips
R+ 10%: Light traffic/good roads/clear on ramp/etc...

I'm curious as to how many people who have voted actually daily theirs lol.

Me definitely, almost 6k miles in 4 months .

I say 50/50 sport and R . Now I have 18 ps4s I can live with it with R all the time ! Except with passangers ofc . I just love how the car stays so flat when heavy braking in R
