Looks like dealerships have their 2018's in. Anyone been able to get one lately for MSRP? I'm currently on the hunt, but the lowest I've been able to find is $5K ADM.
anything over MSRP is too much, I wouldn't mind paying 2k in accessories inside of giving away free money to the dealership.
If you guys are looking for MSRP you're going to have to look outside of California. I'll be extremely shocked if you find one even $2k over. I bought mine from a different state and there was still mark up.

I hope you find the car you're looking for. But you might have to wait and buy used.

Good news is that most dealers are charging only a $5K ADM vs. the $10K+ a few months ago, so it's trending in the right direction. One dealer told me I will never be able to find one for MSRP because these cars will likely appreciate in value lol.

I think this weekend is the weekend to go CTR hunting.

Stay patient. Details on the 2019 MMR should bubble up around June/July. Sales on the 2018s should level off a bit (if not sooner).

One of the dealerships I emailed said the factory has just come out with new offers and incentives for the 2018 Civic Type R. Anyone know if there is any truth to this, or is this just a ploy to lure me to their dealership?

I can tell you 2 weeks ago there was no cash back for the CTR but the money factor/residual are .00210 and 64%

I was able to score a black CTR from Honda of Hollywood for $40K OTD. I think it has been sitting in their showroom for a couple weeks, so that helped in negotiations.

I lost the lead I had on a PMM CTR. I had been talking to a friend of mine, and there was one on the truck, in route. I asked if I should come down a put a deposit down on it, and he said, "nah, the last one sat here, for a while." Well, it came in, on his day off, and didn't even make it off the truck. It was a negotiable $2,500 over, no accessories. Ill put a deposit down on the next one. Unless I can get some info on the 2019s, before hand. SGP would be my pick.
