I seriously don't understand why the SI spoiler gets so much hate. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but it is not that large. It's not like you have an Evo or STI spoiler back there. If you don't want it sell it to me. The spoiler on the sedan looks ugly as hell.

Anyone done this yet? Would like to see pics. Very happy with the car. Planning on just a tint job, spoiler delete and change the tail pipe to 2 stainless tips.

Looked and drove a 2014 accord coupe v6 6 speed. Very nice, but pleased with th Si.
At 51, owned a few toys over the years, 4 MR2’s, 4 Miata’s and BMW M3 5 spd.

Picked up a leftover 2017 Si coupe at the end of the year. An amazing value and performance potential.
I actually like the appearance of the spoiler on the 2017 Civic Si coupe. I wasn't too keen on the spoiler when I only saw it in photographs but it really grew on me when I saw the car in person. When I drove it on a test drive I liked it even better. The total package is very nice.
Even with 10 years on you, in my opinion the 10th gen Civic Si coupe is a rather handsome car with sophisticated aesthetics. The spoiler provides a styling flare that seems to fit with the rest of the design scheme of the car.

Appreciate all the feedback.

personally, i would rather have a decklid spoiler like the S2000 or smaller like the TL Type S/E92 M3/IS F sport... but the only thing i really don't care for on the coupe spoiler is how far it sticks out on the sides. that kills the looks for me just a little bit.

You must hate the Type R spoiler.

I myself did not like the SI Coupe rear spoiler in the beginning, now I am used to it,

actually, no, i don't mind the high wings of the STi/Evo/CTR/ITR since it's a kind of boxy and doesn't extend past the supports. i, too, got used the coupe wing, but every once in while i'll catch myself doing a double take out my side window because of the overhanging sides of the wing.

I think the fact that we can see the wing in the Sideview mirrors is pretty cool. I also love seeing those raised ridges on the hood sides

I too am an old guy and I think that the rear spoiler is exaggerated. It kinda matches the HDMI exhaust tip. I just tell people it is my son’s car, LOL. Luckily the coupe does not have the huge faked vents which I absolutely hate.

Not sure how the lack of OE spoiler impacts the resale value.
Much of the car has a boomerang shape. From the front grille to the rear lights to the coupe wing
